3. work out if the company actually wishes to "make widgets" (aka hills hoist etc) and get back the IP / manufacturing (or control thereof) and "own the market".
My understanding is Hills laid off its whole division upon doing this deal with Masters, so how would they recreate what has been broken??
4. get inventory under control ...... (eg the Masters deal means you are reliant upon a third party to manage inventory ........not ideal...)
My understanding is Masters manage their own inventory for the Hardware product lines, Hills has no longer anything to do with this range
