I would expect that if no news is being produced by 3rd week of April, holders would start to consider the loss.
Chart is starting to show some bullish signals, OBV,MACD in the past month have become strong. Just need to get consistent volume through it. (Obviously charting these specky stocks can be redundant with out business activity.)
