When I first came across Jako's work, whilst it looked impressive and sounded interesting, I had no idea what he was really sharing at first. Luckily for me, he provided some commentary that helped me to begin to understand. As I kept on reading his posts, my thirst grew and I knew then, that I just had to learn the Wyckoff VSA way. Having been an active participant in this thread, I have seen first hand that Jako has deliberately taken us step by step for 2 reasons. One, so that we can actually learn and absorb a new way of chart interpretations which can lead to a new way of working in the marketplace. Secondly Jako has given a significant amount of his own time to share his vast and deep learnings. 'There is much to learn and little to lose' comes to mind.
I have already noticed that withing various stock and trading threads in HC, many are already using some of the knowledge learned here in their own posts. I hope that Jako has seen or noticed this change, and Jako if you havent, cast your eye over the STT thread. Without directly saying it, there is no doubt that many members are already using their new knowledge, including myself. This is a direct result of all of your generous time that you have devoted to this subject.
I have been reading numerous books, articles, and listened to many webinars on this topic, to assist my knowledge. I liken it to learning a new language literally. There are many different principles that Jako is explaining in a way that does make sense, although at some stage of the journey, I guess we all have our moments where we wish we knew it all. However, there is no cutting corners nor no easy way other than taking it step by step. That is something that I have had to keep reminding myself.
The topic is endlessly vast in its inner workings, and until everyone has not only done their time burning the candle and checking in with themselves that each concept or topic has been deeply ingrained, it would be remiss to rush.
So Jako i thought it was time to touch base and let you know that there are many whom are already benefitting from your teachings. I can now see it clearly as mentioned in various threads. So I can proudly say, that armed with the knowledge that you have shared so far, it has both directly and indirectly benefitted the way in which I approach a chart, and gleen it for future trades. We are definitely on track, but agree with you 100% that in order to receive the greatest benefit from your work, it is a matter of grinding away through each of the posts and checking in with ourselves that we fully understand each of the principles in a methodical way.
