Sorry, I thought you said they held assets the oilers want, which I presumed meant IP, relationships, ground or exploration permits.
Did you mean one of those or their bank balance?
If the latter I'm struggling to see synergies there as they are quite different industries, but happy to be educated if I'm wrong.
