Stig, unfortunately, companies such as MPJ need to undertake CR's in order to survive and continue their exploration activities, as this is the only way in which they can fund themselves. Yes the obvious downside is a dilution however, it is better to own a smaller shareholding in a company that is alive, and increasing shareholder wealth, rather than maintaining your shareholding in a company that has died. I think the reality of the dollar value of the conversion of the oppies has been covered by Poet and if the Company were budgeting on 100% conversion you would have to question their cash flow projections.

I think management is well aware of the options however, unless there is something of substance found and announced, prior to mid June, with a subsequent increase in the SP what can management do, or more importantly what do want them to do? Is this just not another call for an announcement, and your long wished for TH?
