Anthony Sage says he bought IGS in Nov-2015. Although a HC poster says Sage was misquoted by the press.
There has been no change in substantial holder notices.
Sages related companies [CFE subs] have/do hold IGS and have for quite awhile, although the shares do appear to have been transferred into different holdings, again, no change in holding notices.

Jason Brewer is now a director. Why did he show up? Did Sage place him?
David Tasker is a director.
Jane Flegg is the company secretary – she gets a mention in PL’s ASIC problems.
The other guy is also still there.
And the other other guy left.

They appear to have tried to distanced themselves from Okap and PL
They have moved address to the same as some of the others in the seemingly “old fleet”.
