When I first looked for a VOIP company I wrote a spreadsheet program to see which was financially the best for me based on my historical usage. Pennytel was the cheapest but had a poor reputation. Mynetfone had a good reputation and was the next cheapest and so I went with them I've had no real problem for a number of years since. Now with the NBN installed I am now looking afresh at a new VOIP/internet  supplier.
I looked at Mynetfone reviews here:-

and they don't look good. Dreadful, in fact. Poor support mostly. 1.7/5
I'm not sure I will buy their shares although I did once own some.
