so now we are back to $5m in cash after sale, wow we have spent some money !!!
we still have the Newkirk project, and we could possibly have a new direction??? I like when management want to create greater shareholder value.....

I wonder if they will try to get something happening before the options expire, they have got until 23rd July this year, not that long really, I think they will come up with something if not already in the plans hence selling off the Capitola project..I hope so, I have been holding the options for a long while at a loss, would love to see the value there again, maybe soon...
