True Rivermore... If some entity wanted to gain control of EDE wouldn't the best path be to offer a super pemium for TAS's stake in EDE. It wouldn't require chasing EDE on-market, but rather negotiating with the Solomon's a price that they would accept to offload their stake. Benefits would flow directly to TAS shareholders via the bumper sell price...but not necessarily to EDE holders given that no big-volume chasing on market would occur. The deal would have been done....sort of the reverse scenario to Nursery's unrealistic one...
