Is there any external materials you can provide a link for to show the Hopkins are building up a new business in the UK? I don't have reason to doubt what you have said but would be interested if there is anything publicly available to show it happening.
As I have said in previous posts my main concerns are that the quality of materials on results presented, to my mind, are not satisfactory. Shareholders would be interested in having an idea of what like-for-like results look like (i.e. is growth only coming from acquisition or is there reasonable organic growth (particularly from the businesses acquired?) and what pro-forma 1H16 would have looked like if:
• all businesses sold had been sold and settled on 1 July 2015
• all businesses acquired had been acquired and settled on 1 July 2015
as this would give more insight into the achievability of the FY16 forecast trading results than what has been presented in the management commentary (as well as an indication as to whether the SP properly reflects the potential of this materially changed business).
