My take on it is Iran has vowed to destroy the house of Saud , and at the present moment they are in a precarious position . With four wars on their boarders and oil revenue down the drain , it is possibly right that Putin sees a weakness here . It would take a far superior brain than mine to untangle the Geopolitical mess in M.E.. It also appears that there is a shift in loyalty towards Russia from some of the Saudis traditional allies . But who could ever trust an Arab anyway ? Furthermore the confirmation that neither the Russians or Saudis could sustain the level of production that they have agreed to freeze , would confirm Goldman Sachs take that a much larger amount of oil production will disappear than anticipated . I mean all of this has to play out . But if you wake up one morning and hear that the house of Saud has fallen and the Saudi royal family is in exile , well I wont be surprised ....... I watch and learn with great anticipation....
