1) On slide 19 of today’s presentation TFC is silent on the sale price under the Lush contract. Although the 2008 ASX announcement states it was at the prevailing market rates. Thus, I suspect it is around $US2,000/kg.   See the graph 40% into this 2008 presentation http://www.aspecthuntley.com.au/asxdata/20080528/pdf/00846069.pdf.  
2) Lush contract is a minimum of 1 tonne of oil for five years.
3) TFC will issue 1m options to Lush exercisable at $1.80 within 3 years.
4)    “Lush has agreed to create a new sandalwood-based product range using TFS’s oil, for marketing throughout their worldwide retail network of 55 stores in 44 countries”
My comment: This is positive. The commitment from Lush to develop the new product range will create another market for sandalwood oil.
