I still think they want an ASX shell Co for what ever reason and I wonder if the new group will be considering taking possible certain legal actions as outlined by liquidators to recover some funds....If legal action was to be commenced and they were to be successful then I presume that some significant compensation could be envisaged from insurers.
I'm sure that they are currently spending significant funds at present on mine /processing plant/leases/ Maintenance etc etc ....beats me as to why, am I missing something ????????????//
