I think his only publicly stated response to questions is that "the market is the best determinant of price" or words to that effect. It is true as well. The information is all there. The problem is the liquidity so any investment in either company has to be weighed against that issue and that is what causes the price to lag the value in my opinion. If TBR did a reverse share consolidation at say 3 or 4 shares for every 1 share held it could help fix the liquidity problems. Throw a dividend in on top of that and wham-o all fixed. Unfortunately the likelihood of this happening is small. It is was it is. My view is if anyone is interested, buy some shares today and come back in say 3 years and then reassess. There will be mine life for at least 5 years in my opinion.
Come on Mr Billis can't we have special dividend at least, we've all be waiting very patiently?
