Not often I disagree with your posts - but this is one of those times to disagree.
If you are going to get back into NOR, now is the time, imo, not when all the plans start falling into place.
Within a month, CORONA will be announcing major signups to it's revamped system.
World WiFi will be launching with a similar strategy to Telstra Air - but with 35 million WiFi spots.
Global Dynamic Pricing is launching shortly, designed to exploit inefficient telecom systems around the world.
I see this as a real economic winner for NOR. (Whose revenue, by the way, increased 25 per cent in one month, WITHOUT Global Dynamic Pricing.
For those who do not understand it, I will give an analogy from the retail world.
In the UK or in Australia, I can walk into the ' OnePound ' shops or the 'Reject ' shops and buy an everyday product that is the same as is available in Coles or Woolworths - but is manufactured in a different part of the world, where costs are cheaper. For example, Lnyx deodarant can be bought in all these shops mentioned. However, in the One Pound shop in the UK, it may originate from Eastern Europe, where the currency exchange rate is very different. Same economic system works in the Reject shops in Australia. Except country of origin will more likely be SE Asia.
This is Global Dynamic Pricing at work. Except in respect to telephone calls, as opposed to retail goods.
NOR will go 'over the top ' to access a cheaper route for the telephone call.
This is no different to say, TV2 - which we are both investing in - where they are / will be, using over the top services to deliver TV to SE Asia etc. Same principal, different companies and products.
World credit will be launching soon and that will tie everything else together and allow current (3.5 to 4 million ) and future users to have a reason to use World Phone, World Messaging and World Credit from the NOR system.......on a daily basis. Now, I have read every single blog on App Annie - and App Annie says this is the way to go. You need to ensure a large percentage of consumers, once the have downloaded you app, to continue to use it......on a regular basis.
I think, personally....and putting on my Psychology Degree hat again - that your confidence has been knocked for six by the shorters dropping the NOR sp so low that your shares were sold from under you.
Time to get over that and pick yourself up, dust yourself down and get back into the NOR game.
I am as big a fan of TV2 and it's potential as you are - but the reason I don't post there, yet, is I believe it will take another 6 months plus before it starts showing it's potential.
NOR, on the other hand, is already 7 months into it's game plan ......and the very smart team at NOR has learnt a lot of lessons which are about to be put into place........soon. Not in six months time but in 6 days to 12 weeks time.
End of rant. Your money, your call and all the above is just my personal opinion......but I have to tell you, I have my sights firmly set on the 45 cent share price target by the end of this year. If it even gets close to that, I will be rolling in money.
Can't get there?, I hear the downrampers say. ZIP is already there. ZIP hit $1.40 before dropping back.
NOR had had it's big drop from 16 cents to below 5 cents. I would argue the difference is, the NOR Management Team is a lot smarter, has learnt valuable lessons and is about to put them into action.
This is not investment advice, as I am not qualified to give it. It is a personal opinion and as always, you need to DYOR.
