VSA wyckoff is unlikely to be everything you need, but it is an important step in the right direction.
Learning to Trade is also very important, possibly even more important than reading a chart.

This is Dr Gary Dayton's website,
Dr Gary is an educator and trader (makes his entire living from trading and educating).
He was a star student of David Weis, and does Wyckoff analysis (not VSA, so it is subtly different)

Most of his stuff is quality, but costs a fair bit, however, he does have a free library worth checking out (although I haven't checked it out for several years now), which you have to register for (so they can send you emails to pay for something).
