Insiders buying short fall shares does not scream deal completed. It screams opportunity to make some quick cash. The share price usually stays above the raising price for a reasonable amount of time usually propped up by timely price sensitive announcements with words in it like, Internet of Things, Brain Chip and Time travel etc... you get my drift.
"so called insiders" sell into these spikes, collecting there profits, while at the same time doing there mates a solid by fronting up with the cash to get such capital raisings completed so they can move on with business.
Anyone who thinks this doesn't happen... well.....
