Yah I'm a bit bemused as well. Before I get started and just for clarity I sold my tiny parcel today at 0.061 but I do want to get back in once I know more.
When 3DM becomes Mach7 in the double reverse takeover (3DM paid them, Mach7 takes 3DM), Mach7 will be issued roughly 460 million shares in 3DM. I believe there is currently roughly 416 million 3DM shares according to the market cap' divided by the share price.
This doesn't seem right though because in their announcement, 3DM say Mach7 will own 48.7% AFTER the "merger".
With the performance shares MACH7 will get in the coming years, there will be close to 1 billion shares on issue.
Now if MACH7 are getting close to the same number of shares already on issue, does that not dilute the 3DM price by half?
From 0.12 cents to 0.06 cents, perhaps that has already happened but I am confused as to whether that is the case or not.
If it's going to be halved again, why would any shareholder agree to the deal apart from potential future growth/income?
Anyone care to clarify for me or correct me if I'm wrong please? I am very keen to take a bigger stake in 3DM before the merger but this issue has been bothering me.
Cheers.
