Not a single sale so far. I think shareholders who refused the takeover bid expected the Cimic board to come out with negative announcements like this. I actually expected them to write down the net tangible assets heavily but they haven't done that suggesting that the figures are reasonable. If we remove this questionable loss of $34m from the net tangible assets then the company still has net tangible assets of $1.337 per share and these assets are in properties which should eventually prove to be saleable. My concern is not with the assets or the earnings. It is the Board and our largest shareholder.
