Looks like they are going to try and sell YHD not really saleable except for data base .
The Name is worth nothing and they are selling product at just above cost not an attractive business possible buyers in marketplace would not want to inherit name and previous reports confirm they acquired a lot of dead stock so is probably over-valued and service reviews are terrible.This has been long time coming for YHD unfortunately.Sorry to see investors lose there money
