I am not clever enough to forecast what will happen to the company. Zinc or whatever it is exploring may come back to China triggered boom times but I'll let you gauge the likelihood of that happening.

2.1bil shares on issue so there isn't much they can do with cap raising to get any decent $ capital to continue the shot gun drilling tactic. We are in a phase where punters are rapidly fleeing exposure to spec because the commodity prices are so low. The 'half full glass' might see this as a cycle low on the way up. Ask the coal exposed investors or the gold if they can see light at the end of the tunnel? The cycle can re,ain lower for longer than anyone expects. Don't forget when you have money at stake, your objective analysis will be a tad more oprimistic.

Alternately they can consolidate the shares to make it appear it has more value then do the raising. I'll let you decide if you can get a free lunch.

My reason for disbelieving the current management is when SP shot through 10C many moons ago and they sold holding for a good personal gain then the cap raising was introduced. Hmm, at the time I though it was unethical and is out right skating on ASIC rules but got howled down by the diehards. @grahold comes to mind accusing me of all things under the sun but has since disappeared into the capital loss camp I suspect if not wiped out.

There are so many potential specs out there but one as to be smarter than just plunge right in and bottom drawer in this environment. The dilution will indirectly kill off the potential through the SP.
