No way a company like Buru burns cash they don't have going slow on testing and annoying the hell out of their own shareholders for some amorphous conspiracy against OBL. Buru just gave away a massive chunk of permits to focus on what they have. They have their own issues with funding what they are trying to do (which is a lot) I don't think they have time to muck around with Derby otherwise they wouldn't have given it up in the first place and let REY have it. They're even less likely now with POO lower and giving up more land. Also, no way do OBL management pursue being unemployed by letting BRU takeover.
