Personally I'd rather see it at 100c than 56c. Call me old fashioned.
40% discounts to NAV are appropriate when a company isn't making any money on its assets. Like Devine.
But that's not the case with AVJ at all. It's highly profitable. So the NAV is good, and rising.
Near term target 75-80c. But absolutely no sign of them getting there. Sigh.
