Autostart burette looks good enough but obviously no market for it and looks like it missed its trials.

Maybe a bigger player saw it and said, easy, lets do it as well and quickly knocked ALT out of the game.

Anyway it doesn't look technically challenging, just a good idea addressing a need, that could be easily met by someone else already supplying burettes to all the hospitals.

Just guessing but as said previously, it just dropped off the radar, probably as its prospects withered on the vine.
