I'm a holder of MLA, and know MLA had some involvement with the Burette 'distribution' ( -or lack thereof) since its development a number of years back and appear like they still retain rights in Australia.
If there was some look at divesting, It would be interesting to see
A) what it's worth
B) Whether MLA might interested in purchase?
& C) Whether the current SP, and potential cap raise forces them to review and divest from 'non-core' products and become a one product stable like they appear to have been operating the past while?
I note in the recent financial reports, ALT have the following specified Burette costs:
$38,015 on patent maintenance + $8,956 on R&D. + possible unspecified labour (likely to be minimal too)? The costs aren't huge in retaining rights, but I'd guess ALT would probably struggle/ have no desire to invest further with their focus entirely on the Pericoach?
All IMO, DYOR, no cross-promotion intended, I held ALT back in the 'Burette days' and have followed periodically since.
