I appreciate what you are saying.... Things change and a company can. But it usually correlates to a big broom sweeping out the old trash and starting with a new vision and reinvigorated leadership. The family affair continues here. And the market cap is more than appropriate (or a tad high) given the track record of the main players, their webs of connectedness and Money transferred all the way round for consultancy and then back to them in days gone by. Trust, integrity and delivery have not occurred (imo) for years. Have a look at the companies that these guys have been involved with and then draw a conclusion on change whilst they are all at the helm. If they cleared out the family business and got new management in, then it could be a good shell. But at the moment there is nothing new.
