MD , the JV agreement is where we lost 75% our our resource and total selling rights, hence we lost control of our destiny. This investment was a no brainer at the start but in the end AGS failed its shareholders. Management must take total responsibility for AGS's current position. I have no respect for the current directors and find it comical that they are still there. I Cut my losses last year but still hold hold a poultry 6066 shares from the maldon days.
Its now a shell with a bit of cash but these directors still get an annual wage... what a joke in my opinion.
