I highly doubt it myself. They want to manufacture in China in a big way, and probably will manufacture in Europe at some point. (GigaFactory 2 & 3 presumably). Australia is unfortunately a poor cousin, we will probably buy the Chinese or U.S. imports. The Lithium is refined in China then shipped to the factories, Australia is somewhat closer, but the shipping is really nothing in the overall scheme of things. Consider labour costs etc. also.
