this company confuses me, someone please explain the value proposition. tempted to tip my toe in, cant reconcile the following:
1. no dilution to capital in years
2. price hit $50 a share in 2008 with mktcap of $8bn
3. same issued cap, only now worth 10% of above $800M....and $3 per share
4. Company is way more mature than 2008, is it just OIL and price?
can it be a $50 a share company again?
are macquarie etc buying only to short and buy back? typical hedge fund stratgey to milk retailers?
would appreciate some opinions.....buy or not to buy. Happy to go long term....
