You mentioned in the other thread the comparison for the suburb Northcote? Rnt had about 20% of the REA listings.

You keep mentioning that they aren't generating the listings etc...but it seems to me that Northcote could be in the minority.

Many of the suburbs that I have searched here in Sydney tend to get between 60%-80% the number of listings that both domain and REA have.

There are certainly instances where more is the case, and less is the case, but its generally between those percentages I find

My point is that I hope your not basing your whole argument of lack of listings purely on the minority that have lower listings
