    Who is RNT's competition for prospective renters? REA. Ignoring REA just because the share price is $50 vs 20c is a great way to lose your money.

    Flatmates is more in the league of Gumtree.

    Besides, I'm not doing a direct comparison, I'm looking at RNT's incumbent competitor (REA) and trying to find what angle RNT can work to beat them. Self-managed landlords makes sense, but right now it is not giving us the results we need for listings volume.

    There are some very specific and publicly available leading indicators to show whether RNT is successful, and right now they are indicating abject failure.
