My understanding is that the agreement you have mentioned gives EWC the right to supply gas to their LNG plant from the Walanga, Sampi-Sampi, and Bonge gas fields.

An agreement is still required for the sale of LNG to the Indonesian power company (PLN). This agreement is critical in order to obtain project finance and to give investors confidence that EWC hasn't built a white elephant.

ie....."It will also enable the Company to finalise negotiations with PLN for the supply of LNG and thereafter to close the project financing with Bank Mandiri and its banking syndicate"
