IMO, you are spot on...I feel like an island with this one - to me, it is a no brainer....I have been accumulating this from the mid-20s and once the restructuring is announced this thing will run right past 50 cents....if it doesn't anyway simply based on operating and market metrics etc....Corrigan and his Agri mates are lining this one up - no doubt about it....its so tightly held...once they free up the capital structure....up, up and away....the smart money will come before the restructure
