If my memory serves me correctly the buy-back has been going since about 2012 (around the time they hit the ridiculous low of $1.01 and enough was enough).
The last shares to be bought back were more than a year ago if my checking a minute ago is correct (in January 2015; 97,786 shares for an average price of $2.94.)
This company's style of capital management is like no other. It's like having Medusa on the other side of the trade. As far as communication of strategy goes, forget about that. TBR/RND must be judged by their deeds and not their words. I plan to hold for many more years. Good buying at this price for the long run IMO. Eshmun
