One more point, if I may. Jason found it incredible that the suggestion by his partners on the only way to continue was for Jason to sell his shares. No one else was going to sell shares. That wasn't an option.
Jason was also blamed for the company's financial position. Jason had no part of running the company or the use of it's finances. That was strictly the job of Conidi and Pertile and to a lesser extent Popovski.
In fact, jason wanted to see the books but they denied him of that until the day va was called.
Hardly fair and reasonable IMO.
