During January the price doubled from 1.1 c to 2.2 c on volume of 2,880,098 shares over 27 trades.
"They" are setting the EXC share price at this higher level !! PRE a positive outcome from PnP and the proposed JV to commence production at the second fortune mine.
Upon confirmation of PnP proceeding ( decision due before 29/02/2016 ) then the shares will then surely again double or better during Feb/1H March.
