Good to see you on BLZ.
Good news is that the EV is even lower than that - it's just under/around $4m.
They just raised $2.12m and they also raised $1.2m on 04/12/2015 (no CR announcement - just the 3B).
There was also $147k cash at bank before the CRs.
With the market being $7.36m and cash around $3.46m (less some cash burn) the EV is around $4m and BLZ is cashed up (more than any MW shell).
