I would say a dividend is several qtrs off yet, maybe longer. The coy has been through a major transformation and still need to bolt-down the new acquisition, along with rebranding of the old biz. They've also flagged coming in at the lower end of guidance.Lastly, i think for now, any surplus capital will be reserved for strategic acquisitions.

The trading has been interesting the last few months and a bit of volume changing hands in the mid-6s. I wouldn't be surprised to see a boutique fund pop-up with a 5% notice. There may still be some overhang from the 5c placement last year but buying in the 6s would not be a demanding price to pay for a fund with a MT view.
