Yes I agree tough industry, the company was never worth $9. On the other hand I think it is a different kettle of fish to Coffey, heavily exposed as that company was to mining.
CDD is still making profits and has already written down some foolhardy aquisitions. This is already known and priced into CDD with 700m of goodwill/shareholders equity selling for 250m.
