The header for this is strange.
Beef sales in China are not expected to go down far from it. Sure the Argentinians, the Irish, the beef producers of the world are also trading into this market and that is as it should be. Australian beef commands a high price (a premium price) due to its quality and the fact that Australia has maintained a record of disease free product.
China when I last looked accounts for 4% of the AACo sales so whether this article is relevant is debatable.
