I hold WOR and agree the yield looks great. I feel management are doing the right things to cut costs. have scaled down staffing, subcontracted leases they were stuck with and diversified away from oil.

Really need to wait for the announcement to see how they are going before being a bull again. One negative is that they advised are taking action with investment banks to fend off possible suitors for a takeover. I feel that is putting pressure on where it should be priced as a takeover target. As management hold a high level of stock I reckon they are protecting their own nterests over other shareholders.

There has been talk of a management buyout. I would be pisssed if that happened, especially when they are trying to stop others from making a bid.
