I agree with your general comment that management needs to improve their PR skills and effort and bring on board the ex-hills person is questionable.
However there is one issue outstanding on the wealth creation agenda and that's recurring income, which sadly Codan lacks therefor I agree with Codan a buy back is a waste of funds. Minetech appears to be a flop , timing incorrect, no fault of codan.
