Not sure if its been covered, but one director at Dakota Minerals (DKO) used to work for MPJ and another is currently on the board of MPJ as well. Dakota is an Australian Lithium explorer....... Probably nothing to do with it, however just seemed a coincidence.

Whoever it is, it is good to see MPJ looking at diversifying, long term should be a good thing. Yes a CR is inevitable, but depending on the aqua, may not be a major concern.
