I have checked with the administrators of PLA and been informed me the company is now in liquidation.
The liquidators are also Pitcher Partners.
They have advised me that the company has no money and is unlisted hence they are not able to advise shareholders by post of this event or through ASX.
They have no money to post a letter to shareholders advising them of their entitlement to claim tax losses for PLA. If you need one as I did, they ask that you ring them and they will email one to you.
Also I have checked with them if they believe they have examined the affairs of the directors to consider if they have acted competently in the management of PLA. They said they had found no fault with them and believe the failure of PLA was due to the decline in the price of platinum.
I am sure others will differ.
I am moving on.
