From todays TAM Dec Quarterly:
"On 25 November 2015, the Company and MLX attended a Mediation Conference which failed to resolve the matter.
The Company’s Board denies the legal and factual basis of MLX’s claims and the matter will now proceed to be dealt with in The
Supreme Court of WA."
Sounds like this could get expensive for all parties involved.
