5. QUB buys desired Asciano assets, with majority of AIO shareholders accepting share for share offer.
Result is earnings boost with little gearing required for as little cash involved.
Above my preference, with QUB merger with AIO provides long term growth potential and remains ASX listed.
Currently hold AIO, do no currently hold QUB though they on my watch for a while.
