No Magnus....but isn't that the 'kick in the guts' we didn't want with the plethora of 'wroguns' we've already been delivered for what seems like 'too many years' now. Personally I see this law action as unashamed opportunism. They've seen the major investor come on board and they're pushing for an out of court offer just to make them piss off. As we can see this has slammed the already weak share price. Truth is (imo) if this wasn't hanging over our heads.....the SP would be several cents higher. The American Legal System is an animal that I don't understand....so I'm not expecting a resolution any time in the near future. Still I've been waiting so long now for the UCG train to arrive (started off as an electric train....now a handcart with a puncture !!!!)...I guess what's a few more years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
