    Sub 1c - you might be right, but I would put my digit on it. I honestly don't think so.

    IMO the support is there, but with time (and no positive news) it could slip. I'm focused on good news flowing (sooner rather than later) and with numerous upside gaps in place I would expect a nice run (when and if it happens).

    Has anyone picked up the phone to ask about the U.S. legal action?
