No you aren't.
You are a shareholder...you shouldn't have to go find your company's new releases or join mailing lists.
There should be proper legal fillings to the ASX.

The question is why they aren't doing this? Are they hiding something? Or is the fact they aren't releasing important new to the market in violation of increasing shareholder value? Which IS illegal.
(I hope it's not being done on purpose to get the shares down in price for management or another interested party to make a buy-out?)

Codan's had 3 important new announcements in the last 2 weeks and I would say one of them is share price moving.

Hopefully people will start to understand there actually is a problem with the management, the board and more importantly...the Chairmen in how they understand how capital markets work.

I'm doing what I can but, shareholders need to start making contact with company management and ask some hard questions.
