Pretty sure i participate in them, and expected another capital raise around April this year (taking into account this R&D Tax Incentive - which we already knew about)

I also read the announcements which is why i have to disagree it should provide some uplift to share price. It was clearly stated to market on Oct 29 that the tax return and by extension the R&D claim had been lodged. And that $1.9m will be received. That was your confirmation.
The only unusual thing is it took this long to receive the funds, but generally lodging in October will case the time frame to be between 6-1o weeks as per the usual 2-3 weeks.

Also remember Dr Monsour can provide a loan facility of up to $400k to ALT - if required.

Suspect we'll still need a CR this year and that Feb options will lapse. Todays news (known months ago) doesn't impact that.
